How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization's auction or raffle?
To request a donation from the Nashville Broncs:

•  All requests must be received in writing via fax or mail to the address above on the organization's letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to the event.

•  Organization or event must be based in Nashville and surrounding areas. Priority is given to Nashville non-profit organizations.

•  Requests should include all event details (date of the event, location, the organization's non-profit tax ID number, contact name, phone number and mailing address, and the purpose or mission statement of the organization)

•  Please briefly describe of how the money raised will be spent.

All requests are reviewed one month prior to the event date. All requests will be answered in writing two weeks prior to the event. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we are not able to respond to follow up phone calls or correspondence.

Can I receive more than one item for my event?
Yes. However, there is a limit to what and how many we can offer. Item numbers will vary upon each event.

I live outside of Nashville , TN. Will you still make a donation to my organization?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests we receive, we will only make donations to organizations in Nashville , TN , and priority is given to Nashville non-profit organizations.

How can I request a player/Broncs Girl appearance at my event/school?
Please send a written request via fax or mail to the address above on your organization's letterhead and include the type/nature of your event, the date, time, location, and contact name and phone number. Please be as specific as possible and describe what the player's role and duties will be during the appearance. Please allow six weeks for your request to be processed. All requests will be answered within two weeks of your event.

How can I receive donated tickets for my nonprofit organization?
The Nashville Broncs have a limited number of tickets designated for group donations throughout the season. Please send a Ticket Order Form along with a written request via fax or mail to the address above on your organization's letterhead and include the organization's non-profit tax ID number, contact name, phone number and mailing address, the purpose or mission statement of the organization, and the number of tickets you are requesting.
