Promotions The Nashville Broncs had an exciting day at Nashville Dodge on August 1st, 2008, for “Goof on the Roof.” There were multiple radio stations and other businesses involved to help raise money for the “Make a Wish Foundation.” Nashville Broncs players, Nick Hodge and Marquis Patton, attended to sign autographs and take photos with some of the children with the foundation. It was a great day for the Broncs as we got involved with some of Nashville’s less fortunate kids that needed our support. Overall, the event was one of our proudest moments to be involved with.
World champion cowboy, Scott Lumley (driving), is accompanied by Curb Records artist Ronnie McDowell (far left) and members of the Broncs Girls, the dance team, enjoying a refreshing drive through Salt Lick Creek. Owner, Scott Lumley, and Broncs Girls’ Angela Pearcy, Andrea Kaplon, and Morgan Bagsby attended Ronnie McDowell’s video shoot for “Hey Mr. Oilman.” The video was shot at the world famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge downtown. Scott and the girls danced all evening in the video and entertained all guests watching. The video shoot had people lined up on the sidewalks outside watching. It was a great night for Ronnie and a great night for the Broncs.
The Nashville Broncs teamed up with Mending Hearts to attend the Soul Food Festival downtown at Riverfront Park on July 12 th , 2008. Doors opened at 4 p.m. and there were lines down 2 nd Avenue that piled in to the event. Curtis Lewis, Nicholas Hodge, and Torrez Hampton were a few of the players in attendance signing autographs and talking to fans.
